Membership Categories

​​​Concrete Paving Contractor

Companies that perform concrete pavement construction work in its entirety. May serve on ICPA committees, including the Board of Directors. Includes membership in the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) per the ICPA/ACPA affiliation agreement.*
Dues Schedule
$1,400 annually for mainline and municipal paving contractors, plus assessments.
Assessments are $2.55/$1,000 of concrete related contract items, plus a special assessment of $0.10/sq. yd. on all mainline PCC pavements for interstate highway, primary highway, and secondary road projects with volume in excess of 20,000 square yards.
*ACPA dues are paid out of the dues schedule funds.

Concrete Pavement Restoration (CPR) Contractor

Companies that perform pavement patching, slab undersealing and jacking, diamond grinding, and joint and crack sawing and sealing. May serve on committees, including the Board of Directors. Includes membership in the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) per the ICPA/ACPA affiliation agreement.*
Dues Schedule
$975 annually plus assessments.
Assessments are $2.55/$1,000 on the CPR related contract items. *ACPA dues are paid out of the dues schedule funds.
When work is performed on assessable items contained in the dues structure for Contractor Members, the assessment for CPR Members will be that amount prescribed for the class of work.

​Visiting Contractor

Companies that perform concrete pavement construction work in its entirety. Visiting Contractors do not have a voting voice in the Association and agree to pay the standard assessments on projects awarded in the State of Iowa. Includes membership in the American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) per the ICPA/ACPA affiliation agreement.*
Dues Schedule
$425 annually plus assessments.
Assessments are $2.55/$1,000 of concrete related contract items, plus a special assessment of $0.10/sq. yd. on all mainline PCC pavements for interstate highway, primary highway, and secondary road projects with volume in excess of 20,000 square yards.
*ACPA dues are paid out of the dues schedule funds.

​Associate

Companies who perform essential services or provide materials and supplies for prime contractors or whose interests and objectives are similar to those of concrete paving contractors. May serve on ICPA committees, including the Board of Directors.
Dues Schedule
$550 annually (Aggregate, fly ash, pavement recycling, steel, and water reducer companies also pay assessments.)
